Thank you for shopping at FeverClothingCompany.com, where every purchase is 100% guaranteed! If you need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided below.

Exchanges:

If you would like to make an exchange for another color, size or item, please e-mail us contactus@feverclothing.com

Returns:

Please follow these steps to return an item for a refund.

  1. Complete and print our return form found on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your package (please indicate the proper return code).

  2. Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached.

  3. Securely package the item(s) to be returned.

  4. Use one of the following shipping methods to return your package:
    (although the back of our invoice indicated you may use UPS, this carrier is no
    longer an option with our prepaid return service).

    1. Pre-Paid FedEx Return Service. For your convenience, you may use our pre-paid FedEx return service. Details are included with your invoice, and the shipping cost of $4.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. This method of return includes a package tracking number for your records.
    2. Mail carrier of your choice. You may use the mail carrier of your choice by removing the return label from the bottom right corner of the front of your invoice and securing it to your package. Please note that we will not be able to reimburse you for charges incurred when sending an item back to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.

    Please Note:

        1. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
        2. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
        3. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
        4. Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
